Adjust the head position in the Y direction using the Y controller in the "Set Head and Tail/Load Landmarks" box. In order to move rostrally, you must decrease the number that is displayed.

As you approach the head of the putamen from the posterior aspect, the putamen will slowly decrease in size until only the caudate is visible.

Choose the head to be at the the slice right before the putamen has completely disappeared.
